Who needs to crawl when they can walk? And if you can walk, you can play soccer....right! That is the natural order of things. This week Carter has decided he doesn't want to crawl anymore. He is doing great and getting better everyday. Sometimes he still wants to grab a finger to feel more secure or go faster, but most of the time he is walking around by himself and going up and down the stairs.
I know it's not safe for a baby to walk around while holding objects like pens, or spoons, etc....but at least a couple times a day Carter is walking around with with an unsafe object. And he likes playing on the stairs....another thing I am sure is not a good idea to encourage...but once again it happens. Sometimes, it's is whatever keeps them busy and happy that wins. Already have bad parenting skills.....what can I say!

You'd better not let Aunt Tami catch him walking with unsafe objects, she will NOT have it. What doesn't kill us, only makes us stronger, right?
GO CARTER, what a athletic little boy, walking before one AND dribbling a soccer ball. He is destined for greatness. Jim must be SO proud.
